Refund Policy


Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

All Sales are final.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Auto-ship Trial Renewal Terms and Conditions

You (Customer) understand and acknowledge that you are signing up for a 14-day trial (Free S&H). During your first 14-days, you can try the product risk free. If you feel the product is not for you or don't want to be billed for the monthly shipments, email us at within your trial period (14 days from the day you sign up) to avoid the purchase fee of $79.00 and enrollment into our "Auto-Ship" program that will send you out a new package every 30 days. You (customer) are agreeing to a 90 day subscription contract that if canceled will result in a $79.00 cancellation fee.If you do not email us to cancel within the 14 days after the day you sign up and you will be charged $79.00. To ensure that you do not unintentionally run out of product while awaiting a new order following your trial, you will automatically be enrolled in our subscription program ("Autoship") whereby you will receive a new package every 30 days subsequent to your initial enrollment ("Enrollment"), at a rate of $79.00 /month. Autoship of the product will continue indefinitely following your initial trial period, unless cancelled by you or by DetoxT prior. By signing up to our 14 day trial offer you are agreeing to these terms. Cancellation of Autoship within the first 14 days of any monthly Autoship period will prevent any subsequent shipments or billing. Cancellation after the first 14 days of any monthly Autoship period will result in one final shipment and associated monthly charge. If you have provided a valid credit card number or an alternate payment method, payment for your Autoship product, including shipping and handling and applicable taxes, it will be automatically processed in each Autoship period on or around the same day of the month as your initial Autoship purchase. The amount for each actual Autoship payment may vary due to changes in price, shipping amounts and applicable tax rates. Autoship payments will reflect pricing of the Autoship product at the time of each payment, excluding promotional or discount pricing. DetoxT may cancel your Autoship subscription or the Autoship program at any time for any reason or for no reason. You may modify or cancel your Autoship at any time by calling our customer service. Modifications or cancellation of your Autoship must be received at least three (3) days prior to the next scheduled payment in order to take effect for that Autoship period. Cancellations received less than three days prior to the next scheduled payment will take effect in the following Autoship period. After cancellation you will receive a confirmation number as proof of your Autoship subscription being cancelled and your account being closed. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to keep a record of the cancellation number in the instance of a discrepancy or otherwise.

You must provide current, complete, and accurate information for your billing account. You are responsible for ensuring this information is correct and must promptly update all information to keep your billing account current, complete, and accurate (such as a change in billing address, credit card number, or credit card expiration date). You must promptly notify us if your credit card is cancelled (for example, for loss or theft). Changes to such information can be made by contacting Customer Service.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue the supply of the Product to any user at any time at our sole discretion.

How Does the Auto-Ship Trial Offer Work?

You will receive a 30 day supply of DetoxT product. You will have 14 days from your original order date to decide if DetoxTs products are right for you. If you enjoy DetoxT product and do not follow the cancel policy, your subscription, 30 days from your original purchase date and every 30 days thereafter, you will be sent another 1 month supply of DetoxT and your credit card on file will be billed for $79.99 includes shipping and handling. We ship the product the day after you place your order (orders placed Friday-Sunday will be shipped the following Monday).

Return Policy for Auto-Ship Deliveries

After your 90 day contracted subscription period ends, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging) within 30 days or ordering for an exchange or product, less shipping and handling charges. Products that are opened or damaged will not be exchanged..

A customer service representative from DetoxT will contact you within 48-72 hrs with an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) as well as a packing slip that must be included with the package.

Mail the package to the specified address provided via USPS. Customer is responsible for paying all return shipping fees.

If a package is returned with no return label and/or RMA #, you may experience delays with the return or it may not be authorized for a refund.

Returns only apply to product that has been purchased from our online store only. We do not accept returns for purchases made from any other retailer.

Please be advised that your refund will be calculated using any promotion or discount that was applied during the original purchase.
